Letter L worksheets

L stands for lion, ladybug, lemon … L also stands for carefree love, something that we wish for our children (as opposed to laziness or lack).

These 8 alphabet worksheets have different levels of difficulty and teach the letter k in different ways. You can learn both uppercase and lowercase letters, tracing with worksheets for characters and coloring sheets.

The Letter L Worksheets for Kids Set includes:

  • 4 pages in upper and lower case with pictures to color in.
  • 1 page for tracing words (starting with the letter L).
  • 2 pages of sound activities beginning with L – one page to color in those that start with L and one to circle the correct pictures.
  • 1 letter L for coloring.

We designed 2 tracing pages in lower case that are similar to the upper case. This first side has a ladybug that can be colored while the second side has leaves. Somehow it feels like it’s a little bit autumn or maybe spring. Either way, it’s fun.

These lowercase L tracing worksheets also serve as coloring pages. The two different worksheets are designed to help young learners tell the difference between uppercase and lowercase letters.
